The only thing likeable is the location

Firstly booked this property by accident 3 months in advance and they refused to refund me. I wanted to book Pezula Nature retreat. Despite their cocky attitude and going against the constitution, the place was dirty. There were ants on our bedding. They do not change your towels or give clean towels. It’s a tiny room you are booked into and not what is advertised on the pictures. I definitely would not recommend it.

No breakfast included. No privacy since room attached to main house. Extremely noisy. Party in main house. No parking. Poor lighting and ventilation. Very smelly. All adjacent lodge smells enters room. Stayed hardly a night !!!. No negotiation regarding refund but above bad experience not considered or to be expected

Definitely not a 5 star rating.

Definitely not what was advertised. Quite misleading. There were ants all over the bedding. The towels do not get changed and they do not come and clean your room. They advertise this huge property with a pool but no one has access to the pool. The room we stayed in smelt very badly. The front door is glass, so there is an outside light that shines through at night. The house is split into tiny sections, we could hear the people shouting and making noise at 2am in the morning.
