Good location. you can cook or order food.kitchen vessels were there. AC Bedrooms with lake view.

We decided to stay a couple more days and relaxed with lots of sight seeing around. Visited Jatayu Earth's center and couple of temples with help from the host. Giri arranged vehicles for us to move around.

Excellent location on the banks of Ashtamudi lake. Amazing view from the backyard and lots of place to relax. Giri was very helpful and took care of us. He was reachable at all times of the day. Providing us an option to check-in earlier in the day was helpful to a great extent. We spent a lot of time watching birds and fishermen/ boats in the lake .

Backyard opening is connected to lake which gives nice view from property .

Link road is very poor filled with water in the middle and it is narrow upto 100 meters distance between property gate and wide pitch road, Hence car movement is not possible only Auto can go . Front Lawn was not clean.Backyard grass were not trimmed seems jungle grass.Kitchen pots were not clean and thrown in a store in the manner that no one like to use it. No attendent was presnt during stay, Only one person came to handover key after arrival and next day came to receive money.

Best place ever stayed... beautiful ambiance,well maintained and good Service.

We did not ask for breakfast. The approach road to the Home was not good. The road is not tarred and the roads are narrow. As a result big cars find it hard to manoeuvre. The address if hard to locate for the local transport.

There should be a caretaker to clean the rooms, change the bed linens, wash the utensils etc. Clothes lines should be arranged. Plates and crockeries should be adequately supplied. Some set of instructions should be kept in the room for the visitors as to how to operate the water pump etc. Ironing boards, hangers, etc should be kept available at the appropriate places. AFter the guests have left, the rooms should be kep clean with new sets of bed linens etc.
