"Excellent short stay accommodation and would book again."

Clean, comfortable and well located for dining. Close access to highway and other amenities. Parking supplied and reasonably priced. Laundry facilities in house. Warm and spacious. Good internet access.

Closets were full of items that made them difficult to utilise for hanging clothing.

"Felt right at home"

- that it’s on the first floor - fully equipped with everything we might need including disposable cups and plates and laundry detergent etc - communication was excellent, you can tell they truly care about making your stay comfortable, we really appreciated that. - apartment was very comfortable, we felt right at home. - located next to a river with jogging area and very close to an Ito Yokado, walk further and you’ll be able to find a street full of shops and restaurants. Overall convenient and walkable. Short drive into the city of Sapporo.

- one of the bedrooms had no space nor bedside tables to put any belongings (the other had plenty) - the blinds did not keep much of the sunlight out so bring eyeshade if you’re sensitive

"Exceptional"

Comfortable beds for all (5x ppl), best heated bathroom & tub, clear instructions (pasted on wall) in English from retrieving the key to working the stove, washing machine, hot tub. We played beside the apartment where there is a quaint river. Well heated and on level 1 so no stairs nor tight lifts to handle. Our 3 kids & us loved it and wished we could stay on after 2 nights!

There was a change in parking lot, we also forgot to look for the information again just before checking in... It's abit tricky as we were enjoying the travel than look for instructions on booking.com or emails on a holiday. Would be good for the host to contact directly on Whatsapp or text. We parked on the wrong/neighbour's spot. The policeman came to look for us... No fines, just embarrassing to inconvenience the neighbour. Apologies again
