C'était magnifique malgré qu'on a passé juste une nuit. Je recommande vivement.

Difficulté à se connecter à Internet. Difficulté à communiquer avec le personnel. Le problème Internet à été réglé mais dommage car le problème vient d'une affiche indiquant la connexion Wi-Fi alors qu'il faut regarder sous l'appareil. Beaucoup de tracas pour rien. Propreté : des cheveux ont été trouvé dans la salle de bain et il y avait de mauvaises odeurs. Air conditionné : il y a un appareil d'air conditionné et 2 Ventilateurs. Heureusement, la nuit a été fraîche. Vraiment déçu car il y a 3 ans, j'étais venu et c'était très propre et je n'avais pas eu de problème d'internet.

Das Appartment ist schön eingerichtet und liegt im Zentrum von Burgos

Zuerst mussten wir den Boden wischen, damit unsere Kinder am Boden spielen konnten. Der Boden war voller Haaren und Staub. Die Küchenstühle hatten noch Essensresten. Das WC hat stark gerochen. Fenster waren schmutzig. Der Check-Out war um 11:00, die Putzfrau klingelte bereits um 10:50 und wartete dann auf den Treppen im Hausflur.

Unpleasant odour in bathroom with no natural ventilation. Off-site parking.
