"Schöne Wohnung/Gute Lage! Verdunkelung nur an 1 von 2 Fenstern im SZ möglich; leider"

Im Schlafzimmer fehlte an einem Fenster eine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit. Außerdem war kein Sonnenschirm für den Balkon vorhanden; bei vollem Sonnenschein ist ein Aufenthalt dort nicht erträglich.
