The property ticked all the boxes. It was superb. The rooms were ideally situated and clean with the layout of the house perfect for entertainment. There was even a tree house for the kids. Location was also perfect, close to all amenities and in a quiet neighborhood.

The size The safety aspect The cleanliness It has everything wwe needed as was a family home Very modern
Having a hot tub / pool would be the cherry on the cake. Access to WiFi would also be beneficial. Access to more than 1 gate remote / remote buzzer working from outside would be beneficial as due to the size of the property more remotes required for adults leaving / gaining access to the property.
