On description it says quiet hours are from 21:00-07:00 however other people in different rooms were playing loud music and having parties which made it hard for us to sleep. The duvet was not clean properly it had marks like someone already slept inside it. We only checked in and stayed for an hour before leaving and paying another £100 to book a hotel elsewhere due to the condition of the place. PLEASE AVOID they say it's luxury but it is quite the opposite. I have even contacted to property management about this and still have no reply and it's been 3 days. Horrible experience.

The communication and customer service was genuinely amazing. The property I originally booked had some unforeseen issues that meant it wasn't suitable to use but they contacted me, double checked where in London I was travelling during my stay to ensure the other like for like property was suitably located and switched with no problems. So, although it wasn't exactly like the photos due to being a new property, it was pretty similar and perfect location for what I intended.

Nothing, the whole guest process is a too much effort. Way too many things to do before you get there, whereas with a hotel you can relax and actually be a guest

Everything. I won't be booking again You get harassed for more information and all the things you CANT do as opposed to being welcomed as a paying guest. Its high effort for what you get, sticking with hotels

The property met my expectations, the host upgraded my room, easy check-in, good location. I would recommend and will stay here again. 10/10.

There was not heating The room was cold. I have contacted the owner to fix the heating but he did not solved the problem and my children were frizzy. The bathroom was not giving much privacy, the shower in a very bad condition and there were dirty blankets. Overall the room was too expensive and very difficult to find it,, there was also limited parking place.

The staff were very helpful and stayed in contact each day

It says its a luxery ensuite apartment and its quite simply a house thats been changed into multiple rooms. The bathroom is not ensuite its the bathroom of the house which you have to leave your room to use. The doubke bed is 2 singles pushed together. The advertisement is a complete lie If you're looking for luxery look elsewhere this is budget at best
