"Absolutely great as usual."

I've been renting this apartments for 3 years now. The host is always available if somethings is needed. He double checks if you booked in the apartment and if everything is ok. Instructions are clear. Very easy to to go to spectrum, there is a Starbuck around the corner with a local food shop. Very safe environment. The gym is great and clean. There is washing products to do your laundry.

"Great location and a lovely apartment."

Perfect location for our short stay. 5 min walk to Spectrum for shopping and restaurants. Secure free parking was a bonus. Great gym. Fully equipped apartment in a really nice area. We will stay again when back in Irvine.

"Excellent location but poor qilualiy beds and cooking utensils"

Excellent location

The host did not respond to my first request via booking.com chat. Beds sagged badly and felt extremely soft and uneven when I lay down. It was a cheap bed, totally unworthy of the high price charged. There was also rust on the cooking utensils.
