"Fabulous hospitality"

Spacious clean relaxing outdoor patio where we served tapas dinner and wine. Host was very welcoming. Used translation app as she spoke no English. Fabulous breakfast in the morning.

Swimming pool needed cleaning.

We were welcomed on arrival - given a complimentary drink of port & then shown to our room. The room was very comfortable & well furnished. The owner was a very lovely lady who chatted to us & checked we had everything we needed. The ample & delicious breakfast was brought each morning in a picnic basket to our patio, overlooking the pool.

Everything was superb.

"Exceptional"

Wat een pareltje. Een mooi rustig plekje hoog in de Douro vallei met zwembad en ligstoelen om even tot rust te komen. Gastvrouw Isabel die een heerlijke tapas en ontbijt voor ons had verzorgd.

Dat ze geen engels kon maar met googke translate kwamen we er samen wel uit.

Wat een bijzondere plek met de flamboyante inrichting. Hele ruime kamer, sanitair heel goed en modern. De schuifpui open en dan prachtig zicht op het zwembad en de heuvels eromheen: ik heb ervan genoten! Goed om te weten dat het zwembad, zonder de instaptreden ca 8x12 meter is, waarvan de helft heel ondiep. Echt zwemmen is dus geen optie, maar met kinderen ideaal.

Adorei a hospitalidade da Sra. Isabel e a excelente localização do alojamento, num dos pontos mais altos da região e ladeado de vinha. A salientar o pequeno almoço servido pela Sra. Isabel junto á piscina, ao som dos passarinhos. Tudo com um toque muito caseiro, com especial atenção ao bolo caseiro que nos prendou todos os dias. Para uma refeição ligeira no final do dia, a Sra preparou-nos umas tapas com produtos da região e da propriedade, regado com um excelente Rosé das vinhas.

Não gostei do tempo ter passado tão rápido 😞.

"Inesquecível! Sensacional"

Tudo! Absolutamente MARAVILHOSO! Muito melhor do que ficar em hotel. Acordávamos, tinha pronto um café delicioso servido em uma cesta, de frente para a piscina e para a plantação de uvas. Sensacional. É a casa da dona da quinta, com apenas 4 quartos. Definitivamente vamos indicar e voltar! Amei!

"Amazing day would recommend to everyone"

Very well placed with the most beautiful view you see Duro Valley from all four sides and the garden has amazing fresh fruits that you can see and right next to it you have a winery that you can just walk and explore on your own overall it’s a very beautiful place.
