"Time for a Spruce-up"

Reasonably spacious. Shady outdoor area. Good sized kitchen.

Ground floor apartment feels less secure. Quite a lot of vehicle noise. No double glazing on windows and doors. Washing machine had bits falling off it. Bathroom looked as though it was still being finished, no paint on walls, odd concrete floor with large pebbles in it and whole bathroom area had a rather unpleasant smell. Lack of linen, only one teatowel, one handtowel and no face cloths. Both the main sliders were fiddly to lock and unlock, locks quite old and probably need replacing.
