Private parking. However, should you be driving a large car, it won't fit through the gate. Width and height restrictions. I made with a Mercedes Benz GLS, but not with a lot of room to spare. Decent size room, with well equipped kitchen. Nice pub about 15 minutes walking, if you arrive within operating hours. Location was a big plus for me, just 5-6 minutes from the highway. OMV petrol station about 3 minutes driving. Would use it again. Good value for money.

Some hair in the toilet from previous occupier(s). Both sink and shower area. Lack of proper curtains in the bedroom. People can see inside in the evening if lights are switched on. Also, disturbing in the morning. Please address this. Both mobile and fixed shower heads full of scale (#3). I couldn't use the mobile one because of this. Please address this as well. A bit attention to details could transform it into a small gem.

For us the most important part was a secure parking which was the case. Everything else was excellent too. The second bedroom was a bit adventurous to get to but for us it worked great.
