"I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Belém."

Our host was very kind and helpful. It was easy to get to the accommodation, and both the bus stop and the train station are only a few minutes' walk from the apartment. The place is lovely, clean, cozy and well-equipped. The area and the building are nice and quiet.

Lo cuidado y limpio que estaba el apartamento. Muy bien equipado. Ante la humedad, la dueña tenía activado el deshumidificador por lo que al llegar la sensación era de calor y buena temperatura.

Estábamos muy contentos. El barrio está en una altura, hay que tenerlo en cuenta para regresar y el edificio es muy antiguo, pero es un barrio tranquilo.

"Für uns war es ein ideal gelegenes Appartement zur Besichtigung von Lissabon, weg von Touristen Hotspots und trotzdem al"

Die Lage in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse, trotzdem sehr zentral: wenige Minuten zu Fuss zum Einkaufen zu ÖV-Stationen mit direkten Verbindungen ins Zentrum von Lissabon oder zu Bahnhöfen. Öffentliche Parkplätze sind in der Umgebung vorhanden, wobei abends / nachts vollständig belegt. Zu zweit hatten wir im Appartement genügend Platz. Da eine zentral gelegene Stadtwohnung, wo man einen grossen Teil unterwegs ist, stört es auch nicht, dass es keinen Balkon hat und/oder keine grandiose Fernsicht. Weil im Obergeschoss schaut man aber nicht direkt Fassade der Nachbarhäuser.

Für uns kein Problem, aber weniger geeignet für Personen, welche nicht gut zu Fuss sind (4. Etage ohne Lift)
