Facilidade para acessar o apartamento, pegar chaves. Apartamento com tudo novo, banheiro ótimo, cozinha equipada, máquina de lavar e secar roupas funcionando perfeitamente. Localização ótima, em frente à estação dos Restauradores, mercados e restaurantes, fast foods próximos.

O colchão do quarto é ruim. Tirando isso, tudo ótimo.
