If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 300 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. Please note that late check-in has the following surcharges, to be paid in cash upon arrival: - 9 pm until 10 pm: 25 Euros - 10 pm until 11 pm: 30 Euros - 11 pm until 12 am: 35 Euros - 12 am until 1 am: 40 Euros - 1 am until 2 am: 45 Euros - After 2 am: 50 Euros Sheets, duvets, towels, and final cleaning are included in your stay. If your stay is up to 7 days, cleaning, bed sheets and towel changing can be arranged upon request, with additional charges. If you stay 7 days or more, only the change of linens will be free of charge. "A good base for our family holiday"

Good location, walking distance from centre with good transport links (bus and metro nearby). Lots of space for a young family of 4 with a decent kitchen, inc dishwasher, so we could choose to eat in or out. Staff were great in communicating around our arrival and we were met with a friendly face when we arrived. Some good cafes, and restaurants within walking distance and the nearby Aldi is good for essentials. The park at the top of the road, full of cockerells, was a real bonus!

Decor felt a bit tired and in need of a refresh. Carpet needed a hoover and overall it could do with a more thorough clean before we arrived The road outside was surprisingly busy, with loud traffic passing by throughout the day and evening, which may annoy some. Was quite warm in early August, with some fans supplied for comfort, but no aircon.

"Flat with a lot of potential in excellent location"

Spacious flat with a lot of potential. All rooms are good size. Luxury of separate dining room and large living. Fair size kitchen with plenty of crockery, spare glasses, cups, cooking pots and pans enough for large family. Many essentials available - salt, pepper, ice, water, dish water tablets, coffee, tea. Thank you. Basic but efficient bathroom. No foul smell anywhere in the flat, neither mould nor sewage. Typical Lisbon street and nice building hidden from tourists. Nevertheless, very close to all attractions, roof tops etcetera. Plenty of hidden gems around (chicken park, Miradouros, little restaurants of Alma quality). You can easily walk anywhere from there. Of course, it’s all hilly, but that’s Lisbon for you. Would not hesitate to book again if travelling with bigger group. Great communication with the agency. Thank you for letting us stay in this lovely part of town.

Unnecessary ugly distractions that should not exist in this day and age - door hungers in the bathroom and double room. Easy to replace with pretty ones. The owners should definitely take more pride and care in what they are doing. With a few simple improvements this flat could be top class. Some portable beds should be replaced with proper ones. Toilet flush has seen better days.
