Die Wohnung ist ok,

Ich kann die Wohnung bzw. den Vermieter nicht empfehlen. Wir haben bis heute unsere Kaution nicht wieder bekommen obwohl nichts zu beanstanden war. Ich schalte jetzt einen Anwalt ein und informiere meinen Kreditkartengeber über den Vorgang. Ich bekomme immer wieder nur Antworten die mich hinhalten sollen.

Very spacious, clean, well equipped, communication with hosts excellent. Perfect for stay in ajuda near belem. Very nice restaurants nearby, feels more local.

A very nice place in a great location. The apartment is in excellent condition, comfortable, and well-equipped. We had everything we needed for our stay, and everything went very smoothly.

The only minor downside was the tram tracks outside the window, so it can be a bit noisy in the morning. However, overall it was absolutely fine and did not affect our stay much.
