Spatious and charming. Very flexible with checkout time.

Communication was very easy and check-in was smooth. Location is great and there is plenty of parking close by (at least this time of the year). Apartment was simple, but good enough for a short stay and fulfilled all our needs and expectations.

Fairly basic place but this is very clear from the pictures, so don't expect any extra amenities, such as toiletries and so on (towels and toilet paper were provided). Fairly pricey for what you get, but I guess this in line what current pricing in Lisbon these days (to be honest this was the cheapest we could find).

Self catering. Location was fine for us.

The mattress was too soft for one of us - and every time one moved, the bed creaked. It would be useful for late evening arrivals to have a small amount of milk provided. As it happens, our host kindly gave us one of hers when we found the shops shut.

It was very clean and comfortable. Nice view of the Bridge over the River Tagus and Christ the King (Almada). Beautifully lit up at night.

If I had to find anything it was the walk up down the steep streets! Not the property!

The apartment is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. You will have a beautiful view from the balcony on 25th April bridge as shown in the photo. It’s conveniently located just a 6-minute walk from the Lisbon Congress Center. If you are in Lisbon to attend a conference there, the apartment will be the best choice for stay. There are many supermarkets nearby. It is a walking distance from LX factory where you can find many restaurants and the famous bookstore. The host is lovely, very cooperative, and always ready to assist with quick responses. However, there is no elevator, so you will need to carry luggage up the stairs, which may not be suitable for those with disabilities. Additionally, the mattress in the main room could use replacing for better comfort.

Wifi is not so good but this is the same all over Lisbon.
