Lisbon Flower 360º - Your Lovely Flat with Pool and Parking

The room is very spacious and nice and clean. We loved the rooftop swimming pool! Very close to the airport and there's a train station within walking distance.

It would be perfect if we could use a laundry machine. The place we were recommended for washing clothes was a dry cleaning place. No English, and ended up, we paid £80 for washing our T-shirts and underwear 😆 - It was a funny experience though. Only one day, a neighbour's dog was barking all night long 🤣

The apartment is extremely difficult to locate and walking up and down the road with suitcases didnt help matters. However, once you find the right place, check in is extremely easy. Detailed instructions are sent and you cannot go wrong. They allowed me an early check-in which was so helpful. They also respond very quick and efficiently to messages. The apartment is spacious and well looked after. It is a bit out of the city which is nice to be and extremely close to the airport.

The kitchen utilities can be upgraded a bit as it was a little too old. It was clean though. The apartment walls are filled with rules and instructions for the apartment. It made the place look like a school hostel. They should put all this in a file and the walls can then have pictures or even blank. One could not have the feeling of “home away from home” feeling with all the instructions and rules in your face.

The location was good for us as it was close to family. The check in process was fine because the keys were left in a box outside the door.

The beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom was smelly, the bedding and bed linen was low quality. There was cigarette smoke coming into the apartment from a neighbouring flat. The standard of cleaning was not good enough. The towels smelt of mildew. I don't generally like to write negative reviews, but I really felt that for the price we paid, it was not good.
