LovelyStay - Luxury Oasis in Bairro Alto

Great location near restaurants and walkable to most sights of interest

The keypad did not work well upon arrival and took multiple try’s to open the door. When we notified Lovely Stay we did not hear back from them. It happened again in the evening so they finally responded and opened the door remotely. The next day someone came to replace the battery. Also, the hall shower leaked and the shower nozzle was not affixed to the wall so one had to hold it while showering. Only one set of towels for the entire stay. One rug had heavy stains and the dining table leg was wobbly. The shade on one window did not roll down

Spacious and modern

Property superb. The check in is complicated. You have to fill out a lot of info which I don’t realise on their app. You have to do this before you get access code. We see faffing around with this as we arrived after a long day of travel.

Lovely large apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay in Bairro Alto. The apartment is beautiful, very spacious and with amazing views. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of storage for clothes and bags. Even though it was in a busy area and close to lots of bars and restaurants, the apartment was quiet. We were very surprised though to receive a bill for cleaning after our stay.

It was nicer than the photos and very quiet at night!

- very convenient location in the centre of Lisbon - easy access to local restaurants - spacious lounge and bedrooms - two bathrooms are great for privacy

Would appreciate more dishwasher tablets, detergents and rubbish bags being provided given that we are 4 people staying for 6 nights. This is a low cost action which could save each guest having to buy whole bags of essentials and throw them away (not very eco friendly). But overall it was a great stay!
