Spacious apartment and in a great location (lots of steps up the hill though)

Apartament not cleaned properly. Towels and bathmat old and dirty. Toilet seat moves and there were no hooks on doors. Wooden surfaces with water/mould damage. Tv channels weren’t working. Can the hear trains even with windows closed.

Communication with the hosts was excellent from the beginning. The location was excellent as it was 300 m to Oriente Station (via hillside steps). It was also about ten minutes to the airport. A large mall with a large grocery store was less than 1 km walk. Great view from the 9th floor apartment and it was very spacious. There were only four of us but it could accommodate six easily. Also we used Bolt ride share app, and one was always available within 2-3 minutes from this location.

Getting into the building and the apartment used an electronic system via an app. Unfortunately , I was the only one with a European data plan. So my companions were unable to come and go independent of me. Also, we struggled with figuring out how the hot water worked. Instructions needed to operate washing machine, and dishwasher for non European users would be appreciated.
