I liked the size of the kitchen and how it gave a modern vibe, spacious, good variety of channels and networks.

We liked everything but maybe a few more glasses (cups)

Great location, near restaurants and places to visit, clean and comfortable rooms, with all you need.

In weekends was a little to much noise from the streets.

Location was great. Clean apartment, spacious and updated. Balcony and view are very nice. Liked that there were two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed the apartment overall and it was great for two couples.

Too bad the beds are hard as a rock, very uncomfortable. Bathroom sink was clogged on one side so it didn’t drain and they only provided one bath towel per person for 4 days, better if extra towels were available.

Location was good

Unit wasn't cleaned prior to arrival. We showed up to dirty beds and towels and management was unable to do anything until the next day. Completely controllable issue on their end. On the second day, the bathroom flooded with dirty toilet in the bedroom and bathroom. Understand this is un-controllable, but No one was able to come till the next morning. I was told everything was sorted and cleaner/sanitized around 1pm. Returned to the unit @ 5 pm to find that unit was still not cleaned/sanitized and no one showed to clean until even later. Essentially dirty toilet water in the unit for almost 24 hours. Ruined our entire day. Essentially 3 of our 4 days in Lisbon was spent dealing with issues with the unit.

Excellent location. Nice place for coffee across the road, and cool wine bar too.

Couple of coffee pods and water would have been great on arrival, but only small detail.
