Chiado Apartment with Terrace 1

The apartment is old and the bathroom could do with being done up, as we only stayed one night it was fine, however the second bedroom is VERY small, it does have a double bed, however there isnt much space. The location is perfect, especially as we went in June for the festas populars,

The bathroom, having booked many apartments on booking.com i was expecting a welcome pack, but the was nothing, when i tried to contact the host, she didnt answer the phone would only text and told me someone would be there to greet us but nobody was.

Seulement trois jours avant mon arrivée, un jour après le délai d'annulation, j'ai été appelé pour dire qu'il y avait une erreur et que mon appartement n'était pas disponible, et qu'elle proposait un autre appartement ailleurs. Sinon, je pouvais annuler, ce que je ne voulais pas car tout était booké, vols etc. Donc j'étais obligé d'accepter. L'autre appartement était pas mal, mais pas dans le quartier que je voulais. C'était stresseant et désagréable. La lave vaisselle était h.s. Sinon ça allait

Central location. Easy to check in and out of. Not too noisy. The apartment as a whole was very spacious. Main bedroom was also very spacious and had a comfortable bed.

The second bedroom was extremely small and the bed kept breaking throughout the night as the slats weren’t secure to the bed.

There is nothing to like, this location is a fake, you are send to a degraded housing and being threatend of cancelation if you do not accept. Do Not use this location !

Great location

Inconsistent communication with host. Some basic items missing such as dish soap, a dish rack, etc. Additionally, the walls, bathroom and back patio didn’t seem the cleanest

Located close to restaurants and shopping. Easy to access. When we had issues, the contact was easily accessible and tried to help us. All amenities were provided. One of the beds and the lounge were very comfortable.

The shower didn’t work properly. The head was leaking and the bathtub, in which it was located did not drain properly, so we were showering in up to 10cm of water. We were assured this was because it was an old building, but this did not resolve the drainage issue. One of the bed’s slats kept collapsing as it was not secured properly. The location was extremely noisy, with people yelling in the street below till all hours. Part of this was due to its location close to many restaurants.
