Location was good, close to public transportation, groceries, and restaurants. The view was excellent from the 4th floor.

The flooring creaked so bad no one could sleep whenever anyone was moving around the apartment. It was 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms but only 1 toilet.

Great location and roomy apartment.

Great views of river were blocked by 3 giant cruise ships, and we could hear their bad music at night. Also had blinking yellow lights outside our window, so couldn’t open the windows at night to cool off the apartment.

The view from the living-room to the river

1.We had bites on the body and found an few bed bugs, one living and the other dead. It was our last day in Lisboa. We had to spend our time to organize a hotel for the last night. The host didn´t answer in time and then she told us to leave the flat until 4pm, so that a technician could fix the bed bugs problem. 2. All 3 bedrooms are very small, especially the one in the middle. The doors CANNOT be closed properly because there are NO DOOR HANDLES, so everyone hears everything from all the other rooms. 3. Each room has windows to the corridor. so the corridor-light and the light from the other rooms falls into each bedroom. 4. The wooden floor is old and has a lot of defect floor joins, where the dirt collects and maybe also the bed-bugs live. It is a terrible squeaking when one makes a step. There is no chance to go to the toilet without waking up all others. 5. There is JUST ONE WC!! Two showers, but ONE TOILET!! 6. There is a view to the river and to the cruise-harbour. One night there was VERY LOUD MUSIC on one of the ships until 11 pm. 7. The WLAN is very slow. 8. The flat is on the 5th floor. There is no elevator and the stairs do not have the same height and are a kind of spiral staircase. The handrail is too low and doesn´t fulfill the safety regulations.

Great location. Great view. Bright apartment. Very clean.

We loved everything: the spacious and sunny apartment, which was absolutely spotless, located in the center of thriving Alfama and boasting a splendid view of the River Tejo, the very many bars and restaurants just outside the door, the easy access to all forms of public transport, esp. the metro at St. Apolonia station (under 5-min. walk from the apartment) and, of course, Sofia’s true care and interest in our well-being.

Everything was perfect.
