Flores Terrace Apartment

Meeldis vastuvõtja esindaja Rute, kes lisaks ruumi tutvustusele tegi ülevaate ka linnakaardil, andes infot ja märkides kaardile ka meid huvitavad vaatamisväärsused ja marsuudid. Lisaks saatis Rute hiljem ka whatsup'iga lisainfot ja linke. Meeldis asukoht, kus kõrvalasuva pargi ääres olid mitmed söögikohad, live muusikaga baar - päeval tore istuda ja õhtul meeldiv sumin.

Linnaga peab arvestama seda, et kui kaart näitab distantsi, siis selle läbimiseks võiks rohkem aega varuda, sest tänavad on üles/alla ja tõusumeetreid päris palju. Korteri juures tähelepanu juhtida, et üle võiks vaadata duššisegisti otsikud ja tore oleks, kui saabumisel oleks juba paberrätiku rull - avastasime alles hilja õhtul, et seda pole (hiljem sai kõrvalpoest ostetud) - muidu oli köök väga hästi ja korrektselt sisustatud.

L'appartement est idéalement situé au coeur d'un petit quartier vivant, bénéficiant de plein de petits cafés, restaurants et autres commerces autour. Le centre reste accessible à pied. L'appartement est bien équipé, le plus étant la terrasse baignée de soleil.

We had a lovely 3-night stay at this apartment in Lisbon. Although there was a bit of initial hassle adding an extra guest to the booking, everything was sorted smoothly in the end. The apartment itself was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was a good size and well-equipped, and we especially enjoyed the nice patio area. The location was also excellent – close to everything we needed and full of nigh live. Would definitely recommend!

A bit of hassle to add an extra guest. The host reffered us back to booking, but this option was not available on booking so had to contact the host again but nothing was done until finally called booking customer services and they were able to contact the host over the phone and amend the booking.

Wij hebben met 7 meiden genoten van dit ruime appartement en de omgeving. Het appartement was zeer schoon, vele extra's aanwezig zoals shampoo, wc papier, wasmiddel, vaatwas middel, koffie, thee, zout peper etc. Keuken.zijn ze aan het renoveren en zag er al heel netjes uit met ook een nieuwe tegelvloer er in. Airco werkte goed in de slaapkamers, bedden sliepen prima. Leuke en mooie buitenruimte waar we heerlijk konden ontbijten met de grote groep. Om de hoek een leuk parkje met leuke eettentjes. Alles beloopbaar naar het centrum waar je onderweg leuke bezienswaardigheden tegenkomt. De host was zeer vriendelijk en gaf vele tips voor de omgeving. Bereikbaarheid is heel goed. Vanaf luchthaven prima te doen met metro naar station Rato. Vanaf daar 10 minuten lopen naar het appartement. Reizen met een über gaat ook heel makkelijk en is niet duur. Met onze grote groep hebben wij veel met de über gedaan. Strand Cascais is op 20 minuten reizen en een leuke omgeving om ook een dagje heen te gaan. Er zit daar een leuk centrum bij. Is ook makkelijk per trein bereikbaar. Halte stopt aan het strand. Kortom wij hebben genoten en zouden het appartement zeker aanraden!

Leuk appartement met ruim terras en airco in kamers en living, goed gelegen, dichtbij het openbaar vervoer. Op wandelafstand van een pleintje met veel horeca, meerdere supermarkten in de buurt. Rute was steeds bereikbaar voor vragen.

The location was excellent. A lovely vibe and calm business out on the square. Not far from places of interest. Host was brilliant.

Everything was lovely. Perhaps a tea towel would have been good if we were being picky.

The apartment was very spacious, the location was good with a small grocery store right next door, and a plaza with several spots to eat and drink just a block away. Beds comfortable and shower had good hot water and pressure. We enjoyed the terrace, with nice quiet views, it was the coolest area to be especially when the sun started going down, since the apartment had no AC.

We didn't realize there was no AC in the apartment. The living room area faced west so the apartment was very hot most of the afternoon into the evening. The back patio door would not open so we couldn't even use it to cross ventilate the apt. Even with the many fans it was very warm in the bedrooms as well.
