Charming Flat with Balconies Central Chiado District 2 Bedrooms & AC 19th Century Building

Ideaal gelegen in Bairro Alto aan het uiteinde van een uitgaansstraat (waar je overigens geen last van hebt tijdens je verblijf). Met een fantastische ontbijtplek en tal van restaurants op loopafstand. Transfer vanaf de luchthaven door de hosts laten regelen en is een aanrader! Voor de deur afgezet en keurig weer opgehaald ook. Locatie is exact zoals op de foto's. Ok, er staat een andere plant nu, maar verder is het exact hetzelfde. Hele fijne plek met hosts die super alert reageren op berichten en die je vooraf van alle noodzakelijke informatie voorzien.

We stayed in the apartment during Easter 2026 and had the most wonderful holiday. We were four adults – a couple and two young women aged 22 and 19 – and the apartment provided the perfect setting for our stay. The apartment is an experience in itself. It is located in a charming historic neighborhood with beautiful old buildings, and it has been tastefully renovated with great respect for its original character and details. Everything is thoughtfully designed and of high quality, and the apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need – and more. It is clear that the hosts, Ana and Paulina, truly care about comfort and attention to detail. The apartment was spotless, and essentials like coffee, soap, and high-quality shampoo were all provided. We lacked nothing. There are two lovely bedrooms, a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a nice (though small) bathroom. The location is outstanding – close to everything and right in the heart of where it all happens. We could not have chosen a better place to stay. The hosts are incredibly attentive, easy to communicate with, and very helpful throughout the stay, which made us feel safe and well taken care of. We also chose to use the airport transfer service, which was an excellent experience. Francis and Sebastian were punctual, friendly, and professional drivers, and we were picked up in a spacious, clean, and comfortable car. We would highly recommend this service. We had the most wonderful Easter in Lisbon – and Ana, Paulina, Francis, and Sebastian all played a big part in making it so special. Thank you so much – we would love to come back again!

We loved this place! it was truly the best location in the city - next to so many lively bars, restaurants, and shops. We found ourselves gravitating towards all the places around us and not even needing to explore beyond them.

Honestly, it was amazing. We didn't have any complaints. The drawers sometimes stick but it's all part of the aesthetic. Very comfortable place!

3 sets of steep stairs to get to apartment were tiring so not suitable for those with mobility issues.

I loved the location of this property. Super central to so many “must do” places and yummy restaurants! The nightlife was right next to it too so it made me and my group feel even more safe in going out!

The only think I would “complain” about is how small the restroom is, but other than that everything was great!

It had everything we needed, including a washing machine which was very convenient. The host was very communicative and helpful.

The street where the property is located is a major night life area, so there is a lot of activity and noise in the street until early morning. The bedrooms are in the back of the apartment so it didn’t both us much, but we could definitely hear the bar patrons all night.

Great communication with hosts who have a great processes in place to make the experience excellent for travellers. We booked airport transfers through the hosts and that really helped us as a family of 5 with a baby get settled into our holiday swiftly. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean and tastefully decorated. Location is absolutely amazing - great attractions on the doorstep and close to public transport with lovely places to eat and drink around us. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location, clean and comfortable apartment. The host was very helpful and answered promptly every time we needed any help. It has all the facilities needed for short stay. We loved our stay in Lisbon.

It is really not that I didn't like anything specifically, but it is more to advise to be aware of the lack of elevator and relatively steep fligth of stairs leading up to the third floor. I would not recommend it for someone with a mobility issue. The street is not accessible by Uber, but if you are going to use it, they can leave you at the nearest street corner, which is only 10-20m away. Arriving and leaving, we used taxi service provided by the host so to avoid dragging heavy luggage up to the apartment even so it is a short distance, the street is a bit steep like typical Lisabon street. Also, to add, there are lots of bars nearby, and you can hear noise from the street during the weekend but only if you are sleeping in the leaving room.
