FLH Cosy Typical Alfama Apartment

I travelled with my daughter. I rent the apartament because they offer a double bed and a sofa bed. When we arrived, trere were no blankets for the sofa bed and they told us they didn't offer the sofa bed anymore. So THEY CHANGED CONDITIONS AFTER WE PAY! Don't trust them!!!

Algunas cosas del apartamento necesitan mantenimiento.

Una ubicación espectacular, cerca a los lugares principales, tiene todas las comodidades, muy limpio, nos encantó. El personal responde rapidísimo.

Creo que falta aire acondicionado o un ventilador mejor, además el baño es bastante pequeño, por lo demás muy bien.

Wees eerlijk in de beschrijving van jou accommodatie. Deze was veel te klein voor grotere personen. Slaapkamer zonder raam en te benauwd want er was geen airco. Heb de dagen apart (op de bank)van mijn vrouw moeten slapen omdat het door de warmte niet te doen was in de slaapkamer. Moest met het raam open slapen dor de hitte (waardoor teveel lawaai van buiten) en de aanwezige FAN maakte teveel geluid. in de douche kon ik alleen maar rechtop staan maar dan kon ik niet onder de douchekop staan en minimale bewegingsruimte. Kon amper met koffer de trap opkomen zo smal is het daar. Verschillende hoogte (drempels) in het verblijf en heb wel 10x mijn hoofd gestoten om in/uit de badkamer/wc te komen etc. etc.

Location was great, close to the main square and public transport

The corridor and stairs leading to the property were filthy and infested with cockroaches. I contacted the letting agency to clean this up, but they didn't. I had to remove crochets from the corridor every day! The apartment was small, but that wasn't a problem. The walls were dirty and full of badly patched-up holes. Cushions and a sofa were covered in stains. The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, the shower door wasn't fitted properly, and the grout was missing or mouldy. The bathroom door didn't provide any privacy.

The location, very nice and old part of Lisbon, very typical. The apartment is small but quite comfy. The kitchen well equipped and there is everything you need. Also a washing machine.

The toilet. Definitely too small, and a bit mouldy. The sink doesn’t drain and it’s tiny. We also had to do a cold shower 1 night because I think the hot water ran out.

Bedding and towels were clean. Kitchen was clean and had good facilities - although is small

Arrived and followed instructions proved to enter the front door. The code given did not work and we were unable to get into the properly. Had to wait for maintenance to arrive to let us in. This was not quick. If we had a late night check in we would have been really stuck. At our rooms front door there is a lock box which is massive. You cannot close the door easily once you are in because of its size. We had to balance the lockbox on the door handle and slam the door shut before it fell down. This couldn’t have been enjoyable for other guests . Bathroom ceiling is covered in mould. Hot water tank is poor. Not enough hot water for 3 people to even have 5 minute showers. Water started to go cold after approx 5 mins
