la position du logement est très pratique pour se déplacer dans Lisboa en transports en commun, l'arrêt du métro est à 3 minutes à pied. Malgré la proximité avec le grand axe, l'appartement se trouve dans un quartier résidentiel, très tranquille. L'appartement est plutôt bien équipé, est s'il y a le moindre problème, le propriétaire Nuno est proche et prêt à intervenir. D'une gentillesse remarquable

Il n'y a pas de parking privé, il faut garer la voiture dans la rue ou dans un parking pas loin et c'est payant (compter environ 5 à 10 euros par jour selon l'endroit) l'aéroport étant à côté, les avions volent juste au dessus donc on les entend bien. Ceci dit, la nuit il n'y en a pas. Il manque un aspirateur: comme le parquet semble être assez vieux, la saleté peut s'insinuer entre les planches, un simple balai n'est pas suffisant. Ce n'est qu'un détail

Close to metro and grocery stores. We were able to get in city center in a 20 minuts.

Small problem with getting in. We were informed 6 minut before that a responsible person to hand us a key will not be at disposal in the time range when we wanted to arrive. Resolved but we had to wait outside. The planes are pretty audible. We missed the dishwasher.

Utmärkt hyresvärd!! Stor lägenhet med välutrustat kök. Stort badrum och mysigt med en liten balkong.

Spacious, clean apartment with all necessary provisions in a nice, quiet area. Highly recommended for families or groups of up to 6 persons.Nuno is really helpful and responded timely in all our requests.

Would like to have one more fan (for the third bedroom).

The owner waited for us to show us the property / lay out / tell us about the area : We loved it The place is located close to a food market / the metro / local restaurant

The kitchen needs a some work : the ceiling need plaster and paint Having an air cooling unit or fans would be a BIG improvement

Very nice welcoming from the owner, he even bought us some water, juices and fruit - thank you for that 😊 He was also really helpful and nice. Accomodation was very clean, enough towels, there was even detergent for washing machine, shampoos, shower gel etc.
