The location was good, near the train station.

After 2 days, the code for the block door didn't work. Luckily, after 10 minutes, I was let in by a resident who had to use her keys as the code didn't work for her. I called the help number. She logged the problem, and I then got a text to say, "Can I video how I am putting in the code"! Bare in mind that this was after 2 days of me entering successfully! I didn't reply, and I had no further response. I carried the bunch of keys around with me after this. One window blind was broken, stuck halfway. Could really do with net curtains as the whole apartment is overlooked, so I had to close the curtains during the day for privacy. The radiator made a loud clicking noise, which kept me awake, but apart from this, the heat was instant. The pots and pans were old, and the handles were loose. There was no spatula to fry eggs and no scissors. In the introduction book, it tells us to respect the residents and keep noise to a minimum, etc, but unfortunately, I was woken several times! The bed in this apartment had a very noisy, annoying side. Luckily, I was alone, so I swapped sides.

Existem 2 edifícios iguais e ambos têm o n14 na porta, o que confunde. A identificação dada nesse sentido nao foi suficiente. O acesso à garagem tem de ser pelo exterior, pois não há acesso direto do elevador até à garagem. Só da garagem para cima. O que é desconfortável. Tudo o resto estava bem.

It had a washing machine. Kitchen equipped but did not use them because didn't feel comfortable at its cleanliness when we saw hairs all over the bedding.

Upon opening the door, it had a smell. Furniture is worn and chipped; night stand was chipped, desk chair was badly stained, closet back wall was falling apart. Worst of all was that the bedding had ALL KINDS of hair on it - very gross - as well as the towels. Towels were stained. The linens were so thin that you could see thru it the yellow stains on the pillows. Needless to say, we did not use the pillows nor duvet. Mattress was squeaky. We were only in Lisbon 1.5 days and 2 nights and arrived past midnight on the first night. Was contemplating very much about forfeiting cost of my 2nd night bc of the thought of how unhygienic and unsanitary the bed was but decided to just wash it in the machine and wore hoodies to sleep else we would waste time moving to a hotel. Furniture seems like a mish mosh. The bathroom had mold in the shower. The floor was cracked btwn the kitchen and living area door threshold. The apartment is in path of airplanes so very noisy. Hard to find entrance to building, but host was responsive and sent a picture of correct door - would have been nice to receive with entrance access codes. I would not stay here. Gave it a 2 but really should not have stars given dirtiness of bed.

À chegada, a casa de banho estava cheia de cabelos no chão. O resto do apartamento estava impecável. Pode ter sido esquecimento...

Check in rápido e eficaz.

Limpeza do apartamento muito muito descuidada (comida junto da cama, cabelos espalhados tanto na sala como wc, utensílios da cozinha cheios de gordura, ...) Falta de manutenção/cuidado com os equipamentos (banco partido, cama desconfortável que faz barulho quando nos mexemos, ... ). As fotografias não correspondem à realidade. É necessário mais cuidado antes de receber um novo hóspede! Alugamos 2 noites e acabámos por ficar apenas uma. Seria importante que as orientações para os hóspedes fossem não só em inglês, mas também em português. Dificuldade de acesso à garagem. A equipa de gestão do apartamento podia ser mais célere na resposta às mensagens.
