Location and spacious apartment

No air conditioning

Location ir great, you get what you pay for

The walls are paper thin and we got obnoxiously loud neighbors. Russian speaking old ladies day drinking and singing karaoke till late time and loud seagulls on the roof top in the mornings. Also faucet (tap) in the kitchen was wobbly almost like falling apart and to use you need both hands.

Close to the center

Water stagnates in the shower, taps are not fixed, it is not clean at all

It's a good location close to the city centre

The apartment was dirty, the bathroom did not look like it had been cleaned. The shower didn't drain and the water smelt bad. The bedroom window is broken so didn't close properly and the door didn't feel secure. I didn't feel very safe staying here. Even all the mugs and cutlery were dirty in the drawers. I wouldn't stay here again.

The location was great and the bed was super comfortable.

It was not so clean. A lot was missing. No trashbin , the water was cold very fast and the water did not go away. It was cold and some of the heaters seemed unsafe and broken.

The location was good, closest metro was only a 10 minute walk

The hair dryer was broken, only one plug in heater worked and we needed them as our clothes got wet through. The bathroom tap was loose and did leak a little and the bedroom window wouldn’t shut.

Was a good price but needed 2x taps mending and shower attachment is loose, Location was good although a long climb up from train station. The bed was very comfy and useful having a kitchen.

Very steep climb up a lot of stairs once in the property. The room is very dark and one of the mugs had no handle. The fan heater in the kitchen is dangerous. The owner needs to check things out abit more. A tea towel would have been helpful.

The place is conveniently located in the heart of the city. Pink street is merely 8 mins walk away and a lot of bars and clubs in Biarro Alto district 5 mins walk away from this place. Many restaurants and convenient stores in the proximity as well. Very good location when it comes to Metro and Tram services.

All the apartment facilities were up to standard, excellent location.
