"Overall good, just a few annoyances to look for"

8.0

Location was fantastic and the street was quiet at night. High ceilings, lots of space in the living room. Picturesque for sure when the blinds are open.

The lock for this place is atrocious. It always took us multiple tries to open the door, and you wake up the neighborhood closing it. The baseboard by the sink is broken and will fall if you lightly bump it. You have to position the shower head a certain way or you will flood the bathroom.
