Der Vermieter ist sehr entgegenkommend. Ein Missverständnis mit dem Badezimmer wurde zügig und zu unserer Zufriedenheit gelöst. Nachdem unser Flug gestrichen wurde, konnten wir problemlos eine Nacht verlängern.

Der Spühlknopf im Badezimmer ist defekt. Die Toilette war dennoch nutzbar.

Very little

The photos on booking.com are not accurate. The bathroom in the pictures is (worryingly) locked and unavailable. There is a small bathroom beside the main bedroom that is accessible from the second bedroom by way of navigating a very small space with a large column in the middle. Not for anyone above medium size. The host's response upon us querying this was ' it is not our fault '. I remain confused as to who is at fault for uploading inaccurate photos and providing sub-optimal facilities.

The property needs a renovation The walls , the doors , the windows look very old Not very clean , especially in the kitchen The building is old , with mold smell , and garbage containers inside the staircase No insect nets , many mosquitos No value for money - quite expensive!

Joli appartement, propre et bien situé, même s'il n'est pas au coeur des quartiers chauds de Lisbonne. L'accès aux bus, métro et tram y est assez facile et le quartier comprend plusieurs bons restaurants. Il y a de la climatisation dans chaque chambre alors nous avons très bien dormi.

La salle de bain est mal aérée et l'odeur devient rapidement nauséabonde. Ouvrir les fenêtres n'est pas recommandé, car la seule fois où nous l'avons fait, des coquerelles sont entrées, nous en avons tué 3 le même soir. Ce sont les seules que nous avons vues. Nous sommes restés 5 nuits et nous n'avons eu aucun problème à part ce petit incident qui coïncide avec la seule fois où nous avons laissé la fenêtre de la salle de bain ouverte.

Modern and clean

Unfortunately the washing machine wasn’t working and we wasn’t told about it. They did offer to do our laundry. So we were completely satisfied that they offered a solution.
