We had a wonderful stay at the apartment in Lisbon. Maria welcomed us and was incredibly kind, offering great tips for our visit. The apartment is lovely, well-appointed, and comfortable for four people.

The only downside is that we could hear the neighbours, but we believe that's common in Lisbon. Additionally, the stairs to the apartment are very steep and challenging to climb.

Friendly welcome and key handover by Jose. Apartment was clean, there was enough space and everything needed was there. Location was on a small street centrally in the city center close to the metro and trams.

The stairs to the 3rd floor were very steep and difficult to manage with heavy luggage. The kettle needs to be cleaned and there was no storage space in the bathroom.

Great communication, supportive and clear

The property was an amazing location, very close to a variety of restaurants and easy transport links to lots of attractions. The property itself had great facilities - comfy bed, iron, hairdryer, fab shower, equipped kitchen. Host was really nice and made checking in easy and comfortable.

There was lots of stairs to get to the top floor but we was aware of this from previous reviews. Property is also on quite a steep hill but this didn’t effect our stay.

The location of the apartment is excellent. Besides the location, the apartment is clean with a lot of equipment.

The sofa in the living room was "broken". The mechanism to extend the sofa didn't work properly, the host told us that they would repair it the next day but no one showed. They mentioned steep stairs but we didn't expect that it would be at that angle.
