"Don't trust this company. Worst hospitality service ever."

The location

One of the worst service I've ever faced in Portugal. The company blocked the 300 euro deposit and informed me that it will be returned the day after I moved out but they haven't done it so far (over 3 weeks delayed). The company has not delivered the proof of returning the deposit blaming first the provider of the transaction, then the bank, and finally me. Moreover, the company does not offer any compensation.

"Pleasant"

very nice location in a quite area and next to the city centre nice view very welcoming host

stairs to the flat are steep and narrow (if you travel with a luggage) if you keep windows closed (if you are out during the day for example) there is a light smell of mould, but during summer keeping windows open it improves quite fast the drain of the shower was quite slow but we notified the host and they should have fixed that

An amazing little apartment - in the heart of lisboa without being in a noisy street - hard to get a place like this with its view out of the gardens at this price point - short walk to all major burrows
