La ubicación es estupenda, cerca de todo los puntos turísticos andando, y estaba limpio. Tenía comercio y restaurantes cercanos.

El sofá cama es incómodo, olía mal las tuberías y el ascensor estaba estropeado, aunque la escalera no era difícil.

Ubicación muy buena, muy buena limpieza. Cama y sofá cama cómodos. Rapidez y facilidad de acceso al edificio.

Lo ideal sería que tuviera microondas. La televisión no pudimos hacerla funcionar, ni siquiera con las instrucciones recibidas por parte del dueño por correo electrónico.

"Situation idéale, en centre ville mais au calme"

Appartement propre,lumineux et très bien équipé. Bonne insonorisation, donne dans une rue passante mais on a rien entendu. Immeuble très calme. Et surtout une localisation centrale qui permet de tout faire à pied. Petit plus avec le cadeau de bienvenue. Bonne communication avec la propriétaire.

Dommage pour la moisissure sur les joints de la salle de bains. Paroi de douche trop petite , on met de l'eau partout quand on prend la douche

Faltaba un pestillo o algo para cerrar la puerta por dentro. La puerta del baño no se podía cerrar. Me gustaría tener una botella de agua a la llegada.

Location was amazing! It was a stone throw away from Rosario, Bairro Alto etc.

The apartment furniture and appliances could be more up to date e.g. kettle, sofa bed, doors seem like they need to be tightened at the hinges. For a stay over a week only one clean of the apartment was provided and it would have been better to have at least 2-3 during our stay.
