La ubicación, cercano al barrio alto y a la avenida Libertad, sobre la cual está la estación de metro y colectivos. El departamento está en cuarto piso, es tranquilo, y las ventanas dan a una calle cortada.

La gestión del apartamento es a través de una empresa (GuestReady Portugal). El ingreso se gestiona a través de códigos de acceso y mensajes pre armados. No nos resultó difícil ingresar, pero no es tan amigable para personas mayores. Por otro lado pedimos dejar las valijas antes del horario de check in, no fue posible. Lo mismo para el check out. Cero flexibilidad. Se extraña la atención y comunicación con un dueño/encargado particular, con el cual poder dialogar. Por otro lado, algunos detalles del servicio, por ejemplo: tiene un televisor que no es smart TV. Las persianas tanto de la habitación como de la cocina/comedor no cierran por completo, tema que ya fue mencionado en comentarios de huéspedes anteriores. Muestra un poco la gestión despersonalizada que mencionamos.
