GuestReady - Stay in the Heart of Lisbon

Appartement bien situé mais nous n'y avons pas passé les 4 nuits prévues car Guest Ready nous a changé la résa et nous a donné une nuit ailleurs !

résa faite pour 4 nuits dans le même appartement et confirmée par ets le jour même ; on nous prévient par sms 1heure avant d'arriver que le logement n'est pas disponible et qu'on doit se rendre dans un autre appartement situé dans un autre quartier! Demi tour dans les transports avec la valise!!!! Le lendemain il a fallu attendre 15h45 pour avoir enfin l'info qu'on pouvait rejoindre notre appartement prévu et réservé sur booking! On a demandé un dédommagement refusé car on nous avait donné un autre appartement!!! Même pas le transport à l'aéroport le dernier jour! c'était à nous de payer! On prend vraiment les clients pour des pions et aucun respect de la clientèle ! Je ne leur ferai pas de pub!!!!

De ligging is echt fantastisch!

Er waren wat vochtproblemen, de accommodatie is net overgenomen, ik kreeg t van te voren te horen, dit gaat aangepakt worden. Viel op zich mee.

La ubicación es lo único rescatable.

Lugar sucio. Lleno de humedad. Inhabitable. Las paredes llenas de hongos. El ambiente húmedo y con olor a encierro. El anfitrión no envió en tiempo y forma los datos para el ingreso. Cuando pudiendo entrar y corroboramos el estado del lugar enviamos mensaje y nunca contestó. Las normas de descanso no se cumplen. En el piso de arriba organizaron reuniones con música alta y gritos hasta las 5 AM. NADA RECOMENDABLE.

Appartamento fantastico, posizione magnifica.

L'appartamento è in gestione a Guest Ready, di cui non è possibile ottenere alcun contatto diretto; tutte le mail e le comunicazioni avvengono con un chatbot. Era previsto il taxi gratuito dall'aeroporto, che non mi è stato possibile prenotare per problemi con il form. Quando siamo arrivate, alle 22.00, non c'era nessuno ad attenderci (come invece riportato sulla scheda in Booking) e io non avevo ricevuto alcun PIN; dopo un'ora di scambi con il bot, che sosteneva che non fosse pervenuto il mio pagamento, abbiamo chiesto l'intervento di Booking, che ha confermato che il problema era del gestore. Dopo 45 minuti, alle 23.45, ci è stato comunicato il PIN e siamo entrate in appartamento. Avevamo una prenotazione per 3, ma mancavano le lenzuola per il divano letto. Abbiamo segnalato attraverso ogni canale possibile, ricevendo solo ulteriori richieste di sovraprezzo e di informazioni; abbiamo dormito per 3 notti in un unico letto. Pessima - pessima - pessima gestione.

Świetna lokalizacja, duży, przestronny apartament. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, który chętnie odbiera z lotniska , bez dodatkowych opłat.

A wonderful location right in the midst of Alfama with plenty of excellent places to eat close by

The location, size & ambiance of the apartment and the propriétaire was all perfect. Paolo kindly took us from the airport and brought us to the apartment where the location was one of the first settlements in Lisbon with a lot of history.

Due to high level of humidity, the building and the apartment had some smell including the line sheets and towels. The faucet in the bathroom had some odour when the water was flowing. The line sheets and the apartment in general was not clean and this property needs deep cleaning more frequently.
