Parque Nacoes Prime Apartments

Parque Nacoes is one of the beautiful places in Lisbon. We had an event at Altice arena wich is right across the street. In the nearby of the apartment you can find everything you need: great restaurants, shoping center, bus and metro station, great place to walk.

Host met us with keys and gave us the overview. Very nice apartment across 2 stories which was nice so we could spread out a bit. Excellent location with access to restaurants, shopping, public transportation, services, etc. Airport pickup which was included in price worked surprisingly well. Car rental place is close by if you want to rent a car to explore outside of Lisbon (inside Lisbon I would not recommend a car). The view was pretty nice even though we just saw a small part of the water.

None of the AC units worked (living room, kitchen, bedroom) - they really should be replaced. Not a big deal since it wasn't crazy hot towards the end of Sept. but something that should be looked after.

Good location, right next to Oriente transport hub, lots of eating places in the vicinity, very easy check-in and check-out, 3 bathrooms, great to have a parking space if you're travelling with a car.

It would be nice to have some basic supplies like trash bags, dishwasher tablets, washing powder, spatula provided in the apartment. Also, the apartment felt smaller than the advertised 120m2.

You need to be a bit careful with the listing because there are four flats under this heading with different characteristics, even if not all four are shown for your dates. Not all flats have a terrace, so check that individually. The photos on the main listing page and the comments could relate to any of the flats. However if you click on the word "apartment" in the "Accommodation Type" section you get information and photos specific to the flat, though it is not always clear which photo is a view from the flat and which a general view of the area. I stayed in the flat with an area of 130sqm. It's on the 19th floor (if height matters to you then worth asking on what floor the flat you are interested in is). It's on the side of the building, near the river end, so good views downstream over the river and the promenades and buildings of the district. The flat does not have a terrace. It is on two floors (internal staircase to the bedrooms). The building is located just over the road from Oriente railway/ Metro/ coach station and next to the Vasco da Gama shopping centre. The river is 200m away. My flight was delayed by 1.5 hours but the good-natured host was relaxed about that and still there to meet me and show me the flat. Clean. Hot water and wifi worked well. Photos reflect the interior except that the sofas are now red and have been rearranged to focus on the view.

The only toiletries provided are soap and lavatory paper, so bring your own shower gel and shampoo.
