Apartamento muy bien situado, a pocos minutos a pie de una estación de metro y a unos 15 min máximo del centro. Por los alrededores hay buenas cafeterías y otros servicios como mini markets. Las instalaciones del apartamento eran muy correctas. Baño con toallas, secador y jabón de manos y cuerpo. Cocina pequeña muy completa: mini nevera, todo tipo de utensilios (incluso tuppers), cafetera nespresso... La era cama tipo murphy bed pero cómoda. Todo estaba limpio cuando llegué.

Por el tamaño de la habitación, el apartamento es ideal para una persona sola. Para dos ya no tanto, si se planea una estancia larga. No hay ascensor y las escaleras de acceso son muy estrechas.

Our stay in this studio in Lisbon was an absolute nightmare. From the moment we stepped inside, we were hit by a moldy, damp stench that never went away, no matter how much we tried to air it out. Sleeping with the windows open was impossible due to the cold, so we were stuck breathing in the awful smell all night. The bathroom was disgusting beyond words. The floor was sticky, filthy, and unsafe—literally impossible to walk on barefoot without sticking. There were hairs, grime, and even nails on the floor. The shower was revolting, and the sheets and towels smelled anything but clean. To make matters worse, the bed is a fold-out bed—a fact conveniently hidden until after booking. Completely misleading and unacceptable. The location was terrible, dark, and creepy. It’s a 40-minute uphill walk to the city center, making getting around a painful ordeal. At night, the street felt unsafe and unwelcoming. When we raised these issues with Thomas, the owner, he was rude, dismissive, and refused to offer any solution or refund. Total lack of professionalism. We ended up staying only one night in this disgusting studio and had to spend nearly €300 extra to salvage the rest of our holiday in a proper place. We were supposed to stay three nights, but we couldn't bare it. Filthy, misleading, poorly managed, and in a horrible location. We hope that Booking can still intervene and help us get a refund, as the owner clearly does not care about resolving this issue.

Location

Smaller than expected for two people. It was difficult to find space for our two cases.

Ottima la posizione, nella mouraria, ai piedi del castello di St. Jorge e vicino alla fermata metro e del mitico tram 28. L'alloggio è veramente minuscolo, tale che con il letto aperto non si può accedere alla finestra se non passando sul letto stesso così come chi dorme lato finestra, per andare in bagno deve passare su chi gli dorme a fianco. C'è però tutto il necessario per il soggiorno di due persone. Attenzione a chi è alto visto che andando in bagno si rischia di urtare con la testa contro la scala che sale ai piani superiori.

In primis la pulizia. Consiglio al proprietario, Thomas, che si è dimostrato molto gentile, di affidarsi a persone più attente alla pulizia che lascia veramente a desiderare. Inoltre ho trovato eccessivo il costo a notte per quanto offerto, visti gli spazi veramente ridotti.

Estaba muy cerca del centro de la ciudad

El barrio lleno de vagabundos, y el espacio sea tan mínimo y con esas calidades teniendo en cuenta lo que pagas.

Abbastanza comoda per raggiungere le principali attività

Zona, dimensioni della stanza, comfort inesistenti, pulizia discutibile.

Ottima posizione in quartiere caratteristico. Atmosfera rilassata ce gente vera in giro, gli altri quartieri del centro sono sicuramente più turistici. Appartamento in struttura semi nuova(2025). Check in semplice con codice, comunicazione rapida e chiara.

Dimensioni della camera al limite. C'è un sistema un po' macchinoso per aprire il letto a muro. Quando il letto è aperrto non è possibile girarci attorno. Spazi risicati per persone alte, noi ce la siamo cavata perché siamo di bessa statura (160, 165 cm). Pulizia così così, ma l' appartamento è abbastanza nuovo si pulisce bene

Air conditioning was not working properly. Bathroom was full of humidity and a bit of mold. The vent was not working so it did not get proper ventilation and it smelled bad.
