O anúncio era publicidade enganosa. Anunciado 1 quarto ou seja T1 na verdade era um T0 com paredes rachadas, tomadas partidas e ligações descarnadas, chão estalado. Estive 2 horas à espera que a empresa tivesse a honrabilidade e honestidade de cancelar a reserva e devolver-me o dinheiro. Só depois de chamar a PSP e informar a empresa que ia avançar para um processo crime é que finalmente assumiram as responsabilidades. Não recomendo que seja alugado qualquer alojamento que seja gerido por esta empresa.

This cozy apartment, nicely and functionally equipped, really offers an immediate feeling of a home away from home. The whole arrangement is very logical and usable, even though the apartment is small, you definitely feel like you have separate living room, separate dining room, and bedroom. The kitchen itself is the only separate room, besides the bathroom, and it has absolutely everything you need. Wi-Fi perfect, all appliances working. Good and useful instructions in the Guest book. Metro station literally 6 mins away by foot, as well as a major supermarket. Three decent restaurants walking distance. Good planing will get you to the city center in about 20 minutes.

The location is somewhat specific, right on the approach path to the landing runway at Lisbon airport. You can literally see every plane, quite up close and personal. However, I have to admit it was more fun than nuisance.

Mirna lokacija.

Pretty good location, near the university, not touristic. Public transport available in all directions within minutes (highly recommended!), even if you can have a parking spot in a underground garage. Many locations are available by foot, so are some POIs, also grocery stores, restaurants and more. Windows have a good isolation, much of the noise of landing/starting planes from the nearby airport is blocked when closed (no traffic during the night hours). The house is pretty big, appr. 120 appartements in total, but it's an astonishing quiet place though (we had a flat to the inner courtyard). The bed is suitable for two adults, the mattrass was rather hard, perfect for us. The small kitchen has everything you need, a dishwasher and also a washing machine, so self catering is possible. Fast internet.

As in most accommodations, there are many small things, which could be fixed without big effort, but highly increase comfort. A few examples: two of the roller shutters were broken, a bunch of nails in the walls without pictures, one of the chairs was pretty wobbly. The washbasin has a slope, so the water never can run off completely. The electric kettle did not work, there is no cutting board in the kitchen for preparing ingredients when cooking. One of the lamps next to the bed was broken (more than obviously), and there is no power plug on one side of the bed, so without doing the trick with a extension cord it can't work in any case. Cleanliness was ok, with few exceptions - e.g. the fan, I would not use it without an intense cleaning before. If you come in summer, you will definitely need it. Disappointing was, that we were offered an intermediate cleaning, but then nothing happened.
