Stale smell in bathroom when we arrived, loose drawer on wardrobe. Unclear that streets were so steep in area. Found public transport services were good nearby. This would been useful to know before we arrived. Check-in was delayed as keys not available as advised. Staff helped rectify as quickly as possible.

Terrible experience! We arrived and we have to wait more than 30 minutes for the check in. The bathroom has no windows and the aerator did not work. I pointed out this to the owners and they did not do anything. I asked for a fiscal receipt and they answered that I would have it as soon as my would be finished. I left the flat on 12th of July , on 13 of July I gave my data, and today they asked for them again, without having done anything. The help center of booking did not help me as well!

Really helpful and communicative host, the space is spacious with complete equipments, a lot of lights, with beautiful balcony overseeing greenery. Location is not exactly touristy area (easy access to public transport which will take you there) however close to local neighbourhoods such as Graca and Alfama - our preference actually :)

Nothing significant really - only at times the sewage smells a bit and we had 1- 2 time where there was cockroach trying to get into the apartment from outside, however we managed to evict them out. I think that's a problem with Lisbon in general though not unique to this apartment.

Apartments are really spacious, has 2 rooms, 2 TV. It is fully equiped and has a nice interior. Apartments are around 2km from main Lisbon attractions.

It has no parking and it was difficult to find a spot in the street. Also it’s not free. So won’t recommend to come with car.
