Rossio Convento da Encarnação

Fantastic old authentic apartment in the heart of the city but on a quiet local street , away from the crowds. Perfect for a group of 5 that we were. Close to shops, pasteleria and restaurants and just 5 min to the heart of the action.

The apartment was really spacious and well equipped. The owner was extremely helpful when I left something behind after check out. They were always very quick to reply. Location was great with some really nice restaurants within a minutes walk. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Very comfy property and close to the town centre

This is Lisbon so it goes without saying it is a steep climb to the apartment however an Uber is about €6 from the town centre so that solved that problem

Great location. Wonderful service if we needed anything

Excellent convenient location. Very good value for money. Characterful inside and out. Perfect for the needs of a short break 3 or 4 nights. Excellent communication ahead of arrival.

Only issue is the internal bedroom with ensuite shower room was a bit smelly on and off with smell of drains/sewer. Even just a strong air freshener in that room would have helped a lot. This accounts for the Cleanliness rating - the place is clean, but does have this smell in that room.

Great roomy apartment in a good location for exploring the city

One of the beds was very firm and you could often hear noises from upstairs in the mornings but that was no issue.

Great location - very convenient to most things. Short walk to eateries, shops, and the train.

Very conveniently located / walkable to everything. Good space. Wonderfully responsive host!

The neighborhood immediately surrounding the apartment.

Full of character, a good amount of space, well stocked with kitchen equipment etc, comfortable beds, attractive decor, very close to the main tourist areas on a quiet small street.

Some of the fixtures were a bit on the old side, the windows were a bit tricky to open and shut but not really too much problem
