Beautiful Apartment close to Praça do Comércio by LovelyStay

Everything was just wondefull- location, size of the apartment. It was light, spacious, comfortable and smelled beautifully. Really fantastic experience.

Aunque no pudimos disfrutar del apartamento porque había una fuga de agua en el piso de arriba, el personal que acudió a resolver el problema, hizo todo lo que estaba en su mano. Muchas gracias por intentarlo y mucho ánimo con la reparación.

La amplitud y ubicación del inmueble .

Que cuando llegue al apartamento, como a las 6:00 pm , no habían hecho la limpieza y eso acabó con mis planes para esa noche en Lisboa . Ya que tuve que comenzar a hacer los contactos necesarios para que vinieran a cambiar las sábanas sucias , limpiar los baños , botar basura, cambiar sábanas, etc ….

הדירה היתה מקסימה. משופצת ברמה גבוהה ביותר. המיקום מצוין. החדרים גדולים. החלל הציבורי נהדר ומעוצב יפהפה. הכל ברמה גבוהה ביותר. הדירה ממומקת מעל מדרחוב מלא מסעדות וחנויות. וגם, יש מעלית, שזה נוח לאנשים מבוגרים המתארחים בדירה.

נראה לי שכדאי לציין בהוראות ההגעה שהדירה בבנין הממוקם בסופו של מדרחוב קטן, כך שאי אפשר ממש להגיע אליו עם מונית ומזוודות. וכדאי לציין את הרחובות הקרובים שאליהם כן אפשר להגיע עם מונית או מכונית כדי לפרוק מזוודות (זה ממש קרוב, אבל בכל זאת כדאי לציין זאת למען הנוחות של ההגעה בפעם הראשונה לדירה).

LOVED the location--walking distance to restaurants and waterfront. You can see the water from the MBR window. Washer/dryer allowed us to bring carry on. Door was tricky as we could not get in one day...you have too pull knocker towards you with left hand and punch in code with right hand. When buzzer sounds, PUSH quickly to enter. Buzzer malfunctioned but they fixed the same day.. Very spacious and decorated perfectly (think Anthropologie apt.) Street noise was not bad at night so you can sleep well, comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen (we didn't cook though.) Good wifi signal too. Small market across from apt to pick up items needed, bottled water for stay. Elevator in building is convenient for luggage to apt.

Read above about exterior door...House keeping arrived a few minutes after we did and opened the door or we would have been locked out. Lovely Stay fixed buzzer same day. Owners must have been going for Catacomb feel in bathrooms because so dimly lit in both? IDK why except everyone looks better in low lights? Street below gets noisy sometimes during the day and evening, but not enough to disturb you (yes, local performers on drums, guitars, singing in microphones, etc are below your windows which you can hear in the apt) but done by 10 PM. On an enclosed street so cab/UBER drops you off at the end of the block. Easy walk, but we had little luggage.

Quiet location in a busy district

Very big apartment ! Good location with excellent view from living room. There is a tiny supermarket right down the street. Plenty of restaurants around and close to the pier. Have Elevator in the building !

Unprofessional service team . We asked if there is elevator they confirmed there is NO. But we found out there is elevator when we check in . Shocked me because this is basic information. Unfinished renovation . Left a big creepy hole on one of the bathroom ceiling . Very uncomfortable to use that bathroom. Asked the team they said will follow up and update me but there is none update . One of the bedroom window facing a creepy back of the building full of rubbish . So you have to keep the window close but the sunlight and fresh air can’t went in . Problem with ‘lovely stay agent team ‘ managed very commercial and unfortunately not up to professional standards. Kitchen lack of olive oil and basic seasonings . Lack of warmth in the house but unfinished renovation work.

This is an excellent value apartment in a great location. The 2-bedroom apartment is very spacious and modern comfprt. Many great restaurants within walking distance.
