Chiado Top Loft

Great location, fantastic view.

Several chairs were broken, kitchen wasn't well equipped and not clean.

Great location

Everything was lovely. Only issues were for us ‘oldies’ the stairs to top were an efforts esp if ur in and out like us. I’d recommend they try to add a microwave and additional pillows as 1 quite small flat pillow per bed wasn’t great. I’d also supply extra towels.

Apartment was very nicely situated. Everything was walking distance

Loft is situated on last floor and there’s no elevator.

Perfect, very central location. Only a couple of minutes walk from Rossio station and lots of bars and restaurants close by. The Carmo rooftop bar that is really close is lovely and we also had lunch at el Rei do frango whilst we were waiting for the apartment to be ready and would definitely recommend. The apartment had all the facilities you could need. There were only three of us staying and I think you would struggle if you had more than 4 adults - the mezzanine bed area has a very low ceiling so would be difficult for two or even one adult to sleep in.

The lock for the door is quite difficult to use - neither me or my sister could figure it out, only my boyfriend could!

Great location, spacious living room and kitchen area, multiple beds good bathroom and a balcony to top it off.

A few of us didn't like the steps it's on the 5th floor but that's Lisbon

The bathroom needed more cleaning

In the living area It was a bit cold and there were only 2 small heater.

The doors are a bit tricky to open and seemed like you were locked inside

The property was in a very good location and easy to walk to everything we wanted to do in Lisbon.

The bathroom was horrible; both the shower and sink flooded. Provided very little toilet paper and not enough towels to clean up all the water from the flooding. We were located at the very top floor and the steps are slippery and steep. My daughter slipped and fell coming down them. Providing two sets of keys would have been helpful for 5 adults.
