Cozy Apartment In Center

L’emplacement du logement était super, avec d’excellents restaurants à proximité ainsi qu’un parc pour enfants tout près.

Ce n’était malheureusement pas très confortable. Les lits donnaient l’impression de dormir par terre. Les oreillers, 2 des 3 douches, les serviettes et le papier de toilette fourni, tout était inconfortable. Le logement mériterait un certain rafraîchissement de plusieurs éléments. Et, bien que le ménage avait bien été fait avant notre arrivée , ça ne laissait pas une sensation générale de propreté à l’intérieur.

Very spacious, clean and loads of natural light. Beds and sofas were comfortable. They had all cooking equipment and utensils, all clean too!

Good location several minutes walk to many things, near cafe and restaurants without a lot of noise as on a busy street. On first level only a few steps up to navigate. Good value—4 br, 3 ba (1 very small but convenient). Mini splits need to be fiddled with to turn on but work (first turn off the schedule then turn it on). Easy contactless entry, no keys to have to pass around. Newer windows have the option to crack open from the top or open all the way from the side.

Beds need mattress pads and the linens were not right for the weather (too heavy fleece). Hot water tank is small so we had to take submarine showers so we all had some hot water. Bought some espresso capsules at a market but they didn’t fit the coffee machine so I guess the machines and capsules may not be standardized and not provided.

The location is easy to find but parking was a challenged. Even the paid car park was full during certain times. Overall is good stay for 5 peoples.

One of the room is without window, nor does it have air-conditioning or fan. This room is stuffy for its occupant. We requested for a fan but no response from the host.

The location was excellent everything was nearby. The staff were friendly, understanding and reasonable. Apartment very good size.

Depending on what you're like, you may find a few things could've been cleaner, for example, there were ants on the table and in 1 of the bedrooms.

The apartment was spacious, the beds comfortable and the environment quiet for a city flat. There's a taxi rank opposite which was useful and a short walk to 760 bus into the town centre. There's a little supermarket and a good Georgian restaurant five minutes walk away. It's an interesting 25 minute walk into the centre but if steep hills and uneven pavements are a problem you can walk on flat terrain to the Elevador do Lavra and use that to get downhill to the Avenida da Liberada. Margarida the host was good at communicating before our trip and helpful when we were there

Large, clean and well equipped apartment. Good transport links and not far to walk to get to tourist areas. Very quiet and safe area. Hosts very helpful and quick to reply to messages.

Apartment is up hill from tourist areas. Which was fine most of the time however after a long day sightseeing might be an issue for some.

Clean Comfortable Everything you need

The apartment looks better than the pictures suggest. The apartment itself is Spacious, which met all of our needs. Very good communication from the host. Great value for money, We were also able to store our luggage at the apartment after check out, which was very nice of the host.
