A Terrace on a Topfloor with a View

The view was amazing!!! Very spacious apartment, great location and Marta also gave good recommendations for visiting Lisbon.

Good balcony, nice location, excellent view of Lisbon. Bars and restaurants nearby.

Property was not very clean, mould in the shower, leaking roof when it rained. The electricity for the whole property was off for one of the days. We didn’t mind the stairs (no lift), but others will definitely struggle. We were warned about a resident who can be difficult and has a history of calling the police… she called the police on us one day in an altercation where we do nothing wrong… the rest of our stay was uncomfortable.

The view is amazing , the host was very friendly and informative, the apartment was beautiful and had excellent facilities. The apartment is in a brilliant location

Only down side is the stairs up to the apartment, it is difficult because there are so many of them but for the view it was 100% worth it.

It’s an awkward property with sleeping space in attic type space in which we ( I’m 5”5”) could not fully stand up in any part of the top area. The top was air conditioned but we couldn’t stand or even sit without hitting our head. Downstairs did not have air. Upstairs seating was old and unusable Stains on pillows in chairs. Cushions worn out Queen/Double Bed mattress should be thrown out. A very thin roll of paper towels available with one dingy hand towel in kitchen not enough to wipe up. It was a great location and parking $30 per day at the market but the whole place felt an afterthought for owner. The view did not make up for the trouble of this place- I didn’t want to stay in place to see view. I hate to give a bad review - The stay would have been more enjoyable if it was arranged as a single story studio with air conditioning on bottom, easily accessing the bathroom. For now it’s more like a party pad -

First of all, the courtesy and extreme helpfulness of Marta, the owner. I have rarely encountered such treatment.

The only negative aspect, and I mean only one, is the lack of an elevator. Unfortunately, climbing five floors on a rather narrow staircase takes its toll, but the view from the terrace and the room make up for the effort.

location, balcony, view, homey feel to it. it was an adorable loft style apartment. would come back! the host is also so lovely, she gave us recommendations around the city.

shower was a little on the colder side. Pls note you need to be physically fit to get up to the apartment lol, but we knew that! so basically no downsides.
