APNC Apartment Castagnola

I will start with the positives, which are good communication so that we can enter the accommodation without physical presence and without any problem. Very nice view from the balcony towards the lake and a big house with comfortable spaces.

Now let's go to the negatives, which are as follows: The accommodation was not clean and this was evident in the fans in the toilet that had dust. The light fixture in the bedroom had dust and the most tragic thing is that the oven in the kitchen was in use and had an unwashed pan and used greaseproof paper inside.... In addition, the wifi was not working and when I spoke and mentioned it, he told me that a technician would come tomorrow but we would stay for a day... In addition, the owner was not there for the checkout and I couldn't pay the taxes without internet (I have a European internet connection and in Switzerland I didn't have internet and because of the broken wifi I had no communication...) with the result that I had to do it the next day of the checkout to learn about the payment since I had entered Italy and had internet data. I mentioned to the owner that I will obviously pay the taxes, but he told me via bank and paypal, which has extra costs for me and is his fault. In general, the treatment was bad and I do not recommend this specific accommodation due to cleanliness and communication.

Was clean amazing view

The view from the apartment is amazing, the kitchen has everything you need for a family and the size of the apartment was big enough for us.

Driveway to the apartment one way and very difficult to navigate a large SUV that we had. Upon check in the bathrooms had a sewer smell and they tried to cover it up with a strong fragmented smell and irritated us in the other rooms. The main balcony door did not open.

Apartment was awesome. Rooms were very nice and view was amazing.

Hosts were not communicating well. Gave me the key pick instructions photo details very late. My fanily was stuck in the rain for 2 hours searching for apartment. Phone call no one picked up. No one communicated in whatsapp like my rest of the stay.

The amazing view is worth all the money. The apartament is spacious, equipped with everything you might need, good tv and WiFi. There was coffee, tea, milk, jam, bread waiting for us. We only stayed for one night and most of the time we were on the balcony enjoying the view. Contactless check in and safe garage for the car.

This unit has a very nice view of the lake. Car parking inside the bldg. is very safe.

that was just incredible stay. We are glad it was affordable and i hope It will stay the same in the future. Definitely looking forward to coming back soon:)
