LVIt was cheap, there was 2 rooms-enough space
Visually, the staircase looked very bad, and the corridor where the apartment door is located had a bad smell (factors that cannot be improved). In the apartment itself, the worst part was the sofa (in poor condition, see in picture), with stains and uncomfortable to sleep on. Under the sofa it was dusty. In the room with the sofa, one electrical socket was in poor condition. The other room and the kitchen were in normal condition.

The building and stairways/hallways are really out-dated, but apartment was fully renovated and cosy.
LVThe apartment is located in a quiet town near Tallinn, some 30min bus ride from the city center. It has all the kitchenware for cooking, bedding sheets, towels were provided, WiFi was operating. The apartment is renovated and looks quite fresh, it is very bright and sunny. Getting the keys was easy, the host was very polite, responsive and the directions were very clear.
EESuch a cute little apartment. Host was super sweet, as always. Easy self check-in/check-out. Bed so comfy. A very large closet. Nice big TV. Quiet place. Free parking. Food stores close enough to walk.
Kitchen towel and frying pan could have been useful. Couch looks a bit worn out. 5th floor could be hard to reach with big heavy suitcases. Just a little bit cold, especially after taking shower.
