Ubicacion, un barrio muy residencial a las afueras de madrid pero con buena conexion con el metro

Para ser 3 adultos queda muy incomodo el espacio, esta muy bien solo dos personas. Pero en general bien

La zona existe poco agua.brado durante la noche. El apartamento está bien acondicionado pero muy pequeño.

Está muy bien ubicado

El colcho del sofá cama no es muy cómodo

The apartment was very clean and the host was available to fix an issue.

The shower's drain was clogged the 1st minute we got there. After the 1st person showered for 5 minutes, it was unusable already. We had to wait for the host to send someone to fix it. This was fortunately fixed in a few hours, due to the prompt response of the host (why the score is not lower). We did not know warm water was provided by a boiler. This meant we had a maximum of 15 minutes-ish of warm water, which is 100% not enough for 4 people, even if the accomodation is also tailored for groups of max 4. This was a surprise, as not knowing there is a boiler without central heating, we were hit with freezing water after the first 2 people showered. Would have been a bigger problem if we were women and had to wash our hair. Additionally, the space is too small for 4 people, not enough towels, the sofa bed is also too small. The location is also very far from everything of note. Close enough to the metro station fortunately (around 10 minute walk, the metro itself is then one of the most crowded lines in the evening).
