Comfortable bed, convenient location and all the basic facilities included (a/c, private bathroom, microwave oven, fridge etc) at a very reasonable price.

There was nothing to dislike

The location is good, it was clean, and it was affordable. But that is about everything that was good in my opinion.

We could only check in at around 16:00, which is one hour later than stated on booking.com. Then our access got revoked at 11:00, which is one hour earlier than stated on booking.com. Also, I couldn't close the blinds in front of my bedroom window, which resulted in bad nights of sleep as I cannot really sleep well with light falling into the room. And the Bluetooth lock is to cry for... It did not have clear instructions to get in. The lock has a delay, so you cannot quickly select your room and press the open button, as you have to wait in between the two actions. I had to figure this out myself; a colleague of mine couldn't figure this out and waited for a long time for one of us. Also, I had to sleep on the street for a couple of hours for my colleagues to arrive as my battery died on the way back home after the conference's gala dinner ended. It ruined my morning during which I still had to do some work.

The host is extremely helpful, friendly and polite. Eduardo was very attentive, waited for us til midnight since we were late and provided all the recommendations.

Eduardo was very kind and helpful. If we had some questions and wrote to him he answered very quick and he had a lot of good advice.

The door was a bit tricky and Eduardo unforunately don't speak english but we understood eachother with google translate.
