El apartamento.el dueño nos dejó café,azúcar y más cosas.

No hay parking,pero a 50 metros en una calle donde un colegio es fácil. Estación de Metro Batan a 500 metros.Bus no pues están en obras

El apartamento era como se mostraba en las fotos. Contaba con lo necesario para pasar mi estancia, la ubicación me pareció buena y la comunicación del anfitrión, desde el inicio fue amable, estuvo atento a cualquier detalle. Recomiendo este apartamento si quieres pasar unos días en Madrid.

Estoy satisfecha, no hay algo que no me haya gustado.

Un sitio bien equipado para una escapada a Madrid. Cerca de transporte público y en una zona con restaurantes/bares y aparcamiento gratuito

The apartment is spacious and clean. The bathroom and kitchen have everything you need. It has a supermarket next to it, a couple of restaurants and a few coffee shops nearby.

Очень отзывчивый хозяин, всегда на связи. Даже отдельно прислал сообщение на русском языке, как найти отель. Внутри чисто , и есть всё необходимое для проживания. Даже ванная с джакузи имеется! В шаговой доступности продуктовый магазин. Можно пешком дойти до зоопарка.

Отель расположен в многоквартирном доме, но вход отдельно со стороны трассы.На 0 этаже. Открываешь дверь и почти выходишь на трассу, только забор отделяет. Из- за этого невозможно нормально открыть окно - решетки на окнах и до середины окна матовая плёнка.

The apartment is very good and near the supermarket, restaurants and 8 minutes walking from metro station. The host is really friendly and helpful.

The mattress was too softy, it makes a hole in it. The apartment is in front of the road, so it's a little bit noisy, but we had ear plug and we're good. Pay attention because the apartment has letters and numbers.

Easily parking space and market near the place

We were in three and stayed by Wind Rose for 3 night. By the foto it looked like a 1+1 apartment but in reality it is a studio apartment. The bathroom had no door, only the WC had a glass door, but not sealed properly and the aspirator was not working properly and we had to open the window making all the apartment cold due to the fack of NO DOOR FOR BATHROOM. The appartment is close to the highway.The noise isolation were terrible, we could hear all cars passing by the street. The first night that we entered the room were organized only for 2 people, even though we booked it for 3. The sheets blanket and pillows were dirty. The third person had to sleep with thick clothes on and coverd only by the sheets on the sofa bed (totally uncomfortable, more comfortable sleeping in the car seats). The owner brought the quilt the next day after we tried to contact him for several even though he told us he would bring it to us the next day. SO, I totally regret booking here only to safe a little more money. Not worthy, spend a little more in some better place.

The studio is close to bus and two different metro lines, you can also just walk downtown either straight to Latina district (which is basically on the same street) or through La Casa de Campo park, which is just around the corner (and also has a cable car downtown!). Plus - a supermarket is also basically on your doorstep. You have a bath tube (warm water reseivor is enough for two before it needs to refilm/rewarm), shower, washing machine and a basic kitchenette. You might get a bit worried about the constant roarrrr of cars outside, but quite surprisingly they didn't bother us at night at all.

Be aware that although you're renting an apartment, you have to pay by the person count, which I must say is quite unusual, but then again - knowing the Madrid savage housing market I can kinda understand it is the only way to stop people from abusing such places. Also the glassware was kinda lacking, we had to drink wine from soda glasses.
