Apartamentos Gran Via

La ubicación, está cerca de Gran Vía y de la boca del metro de Noviciado. La cocina estaba bien equipada y con bastantes utensilios.

La experiencia ha sido bastante negativa. La persona encargada de entregarnos las llaves llegó con 40 minutos de retraso respecto a la hora acordada. Además, el apartamento no estaba todo lo limpio que debería. Para dos personas puede ser aceptable, pero para tres resulta claramente insuficiente. El sofá cama estaba viejo, con el colchón sucio y, para colmo, sin sábanas adecuadas: solo había una bajera y un edredón, que tampoco estaban en buen estado. Al abrirlo, hay que mover la mesa porque no cabe, y una vez desplegado el salón queda completamente inutilizado. En definitiva, el apartamento que aparece en las fotos no se corresponde con la realidad, especialmente en la zona del salón, donde parece mucho más amplio y en mejor estado de lo que realmente es. Lo más preocupante fue la falta total de comunicación: tras escribir al propietario a través de la aplicación, no obtuvimos ninguna respuesta, ni siquiera un simple “recibido”. Esto nos pareció bastante impresentable.

Apartamento muy reducido para tres

The host was great, we arrived late and had a late check-in but there was no problem with it, and we were in communication. The location of the apartment is great, in a quite street and near to the main street, with a lot of restaurants in the neighbourhood. We had everything we could need in the apartment.

Localización, limpieza y muy bien equipado

Cozy, little place, in a quiet neighborhood, many good, little restaurants close by, walking distance from tourists attractions. It was nice to have ac with heating option as we came on a cold couple of days. We found everything we needed, and the host was very friendly, communication before coming was great and we got some helpful tips.

The sheets have seen better days and the window in the bedroom faced a rather sad view, so we ended up having it coverwd the whole time, therefore not having any daylight in the bedroom, but it wasn't a huge deal. The trash in the bins shouldn't have to be taken out by the guests themselves, but again those where minor details if bigger picture is concerned.
